Details

Bug 534412 and bug 543304 would benefit from having a JS component loaded dynamically as part of a chrome Mochitest.  I wrote the original implementation for xpcshell tests a few years ago, and it's used in a few xpcshell tests now.

I can do the port, but I'd like advice on which file to add the generic function to.  Also, I'd like to think that when the chrome Mochitest unloads, it has the option of unregistering the component as well.
Mass closing mochitest bugs that haven't had activity in the past 5 years. Please re-open or file a new bug with modern context if this is still relevant.
