After watching videos using amazon's video library, if you close the browser, the firefox.exe process is still running. So I have to kill the process to launch firefox again.

If you need me to include any debug information, I would be happy to help, since you most likely won't be able to reproduce without purchasing a video on amazon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to amazon.com and watch one of the videos from their video library on their website
2.Close the browser

Actual Results:
Try to open firefox again and it says firefox is already open. Firefox.exe still running in processes

Expected Results:
firefox process ends
I do believe that they use flash for those videos, correct? What version of flash are you running, and does this happen in safe mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

Also, ensure you update all your plugins (Flash, Reader, java, quicktime, etc) to the latest version available on the vendor's website.
