steps to repoduce:
1.Log into the admin account
2.Create a new challenge with following dates:
start date:Feb 10,2010
end date:Feb 15,2010
voting start date:Dec 31,2009
voting end date:Dec 31,2009
3.Notice the error message

observed behavior:
Error message says-
Uh oh! Something went wrong...
 * The challenge end date is invalid. De-activating this design challenge to prevent conflict on site.
