The cvslock problem is still preventing me from checking in.  Today's
Mac builds will not install.  This is a blocker.  As soon as someone
removes the cvslock in mozilla/build/mac for the trunk and branch I can
check in and we can respin.  I would back out my changes but don't have
access to the build machines that have changes to build scripts so
backing myself out wouldn't achieve much.
I've emailed dmose and endico as well.  This will keep the builds from working
and will keep the tree from opening.  Adding smoketest keyword since this is a
smoketest blocker (install fails).

I'm fairly certain this bug is no longer there.  I'll mark verified.  Cleaning 
up old resolved smoketest bugs.
