moz uses all available CPU in Classic under OSX

Details
1. Launch mozilla in OSX inside the Classic Environment. 2. Launch CPU monitor or top 3. Note that TruBlueEnv process uses all the CPU it can. Expected result. Should only use CPU while moz is actually doing something.
Checked CPU usage using other classic apps like Word. When App is frontmost, all CPU is used, but when put in background CPU drops back down. Mozilla CPU is high if in front or in back. Tested on 9/22 build.

per the request of Jake, I revisited this issue using 11_06_04 MN6 build and I am not seeing this anymore. In classic on OSX moz uses similar amount of CPU as other classic apps.
