Details

1. Launch mozilla in OSX inside the Classic Environment.
2. Launch CPU monitor or top
3. Note that TruBlueEnv process uses all the CPU it can.

Expected result. Should only use CPU while moz is actually doing something.
Checked CPU usage using other classic apps like Word. When App is frontmost, all
CPU is used, but when put in background CPU drops back down. Mozilla CPU is high
if in front or in back.

Tested on 9/22 build.
this is a duplicate. i will try to find the original report
meiering@u.washington.edu,
Is this still being seen (no updates in over a month)?
OS: All
per the request of Jake, I revisited this issue using 11_06_04 MN6 build and I
am not seeing this anymore.

In classic on OSX moz uses similar amount of CPU as other classic apps.
Excellent! marking worksforme per reporter's comments.
