Details

build 2000092812.  yesterday's build did the same thing.  The day before that
worked fine.

Symptom:
Whenever a web server or mail server requests client auth, the PSM window opens
but there is no contents in the window.  Hence, client auth always fails.  You
can close window with the "x" box and try again, but nothing seems to make it work.

go to https://aka.netscape.com, or
try to access your SSL/IMAP account on obob
