Why are you trying to download Firefox from MySpace? You can download Firefox here: http://getfirefox.com/

The other possibility is that you can't download Firefox or connect to MySpace (not get Firefox on MySpace; your wording is ambiguous), in which case it sounds like you're complaining about restrictions on a company network, which would not be anything that could be fixed by anyone but said company. If you do need further help, I suggest going to support.mozilla.com.
