Noticed in bug 547915 that we sort of forgot to ship widget_cocoa.xpt when we switched to using a package manifest for OS X (and thus didn't ship it in Fx3.6), a fact which has apparently bothered absolutely nobody, and as Ted says "since it's not scriptable and not actually used as an XPCOM interface anywhere" we might as well not bother having it.
