Despite the previous fix to the builders, we're still getting alerts when make check fails, and this is causing the builders to burn rather than go orange.

The recommended fix this time is to install the packaged mentioned on version 24 of the build process:

I don't mind if we upgrade them all to this level, or just get this installed. It would be nice to get this installed on at least one box (maybe staging) whilst we have current bustage so we can prove it fixes the issue.
