Dear Team,
         I am facing this problem with all the versions of firefox. The issue i faced is as follows. 
I went hdfc bank website. i clicked on payment services and then prepaid mobile refill. Then I have clicked on Recharge now link. It opened. Then I have entered mobile number and amount and confirmed it. Then, it shows as " Your request is being procesed. Please wait". After this page nothing is happening. I tried with some other browsers. They are working fine. I have tried with the firefox with various operating systems(XP). Same problem exists. Could you people look into this? or guide me to the proper way to fix this, if i am doing the wrong procedure.

This isn't a Firefox security bug, but sounds curiously like recently filed bug 548843.

There is nothing we can do because you need to be a customer of that bank.
Do you already tried http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode ?
Do you already contacted the bank support ?

There are known issues with 3.6
