While we are still pointing at remora all over the place, we need a convenience helper for its URLs.

Why? Because zamboni-generated URLs contain /z/ which we don't want for remora. Just pointing to /addon/1234 is also not an option, as POST requests shouldn't be redirected for lang/app detection purposes. Also, we don't want language detection when switching platforms, but instead keep the same language zamboni is using.
