And click on "Mozilla Webdev" at the top. It points to the domain root blog.mozilla.org/ as opposed to the blog's front page.

Probably need to use bloginfo('url') there: http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/bloginfo
Actually, same thing for the main header on the front page.
Yes - I fixed this and am waiting for IT to push the changes. Bug 552776.
