STR:

1. Load http://crash-stats.stage.mozilla.com/products/Firefox
2. Under "More Reports," choose "Top crashes by URL," "Top crashes by domain," or "Top crashes by topsite"

Expected Results:

Page loads with the appropriate data

Actual Results:

When http://crash-stats.stage.mozilla.com/topcrasher/bytopsite/Firefox/3.6 loads, you get:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare TopcrashersByUrl_Model::cleanseUrlsAndDomains() in /data/www/crash-reports-php.mozilla.org/webapp-php/application/models/topcrashersbyurl.php on line 87

Can't replicate in my sandbox.  Will continue to look into it.
This issue was resolved by fixing the svn conflict found in topcrashersbyurl.php in #554742.
