We're going to be using a mailing list (support-report@mozilla.com) for the weekly SUMO newsletter.  Only allow the SUMO team to post to it (cww@mozilla.com, djst@, atopal@, cilias@, mmiddleton@) but let anyone sign up.

This will need to be a mozilla.org list if you want to allow people to sign up for it. I've changed the summary to reflect.

Maybe sumo-report@ would be better, as support and mozilla.org imply all of Mozilla, not just Firefox.
sumo-report is fine.  I honestly don't much care.  I'm still calling it the support report because it sounds better.
I created the list and cww@mozilla.com is the owner. You should have received the password in an e-mail.
