Currently, whenever the discovery pane is openned, it is reloaded if the URL does not match the original URL. This check should probably be changed to reload only if the domain (or a given URL substring) does not match. This will allow redirects, viewing subpages, etc to work without navigating away from them (reloading) when the disocvery pane is closed and openned again. However, if an unrelated page is loaded, then the main page should be reloaded.
