local html doesn't load, only opens firefox

Double-click any *.html in your finder, or drag the *.html to your icon, and you will see that Firefox opens with your standard homepage, but it does not load the *.html.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double-click any *.html in your finder, or drag the *.html to your icon.
2.Firefox opens and loads your standard homepage, but not the local *.html


Expected Results:  
should open the local *.html
Fixed in new update
