Please edit www.authstage.mozilla.com's config

includes/config.inc.php
Update the pfs_endpoint from pfs2.stage.mozilla.com into:

$config['pfs_endpoint'] = 'https://plugins.stage.mozilla.com/pfs/v2';

Background:
This change moves us from pfs2 to plugindir's service API. Once this is complete, I will deploy the newest version of plugincheck (mozilla.com) to auth stage. This bug is the same as Bug#551340.
