User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 NET_mmhpset (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 NET_mmhpset (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Not sure you'll care much less if you'd be able to re-produce but Qwest IMA seems to break under Firefox 3.6. It works fine under 3.5.7 however. Not sure what has changed. Qwest IMA is java based and depends on Java 1.4.2_08. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firefox 2. Load https://ima.qwest.com/ima/ImaAdminProxyServlet?IMA_URL=http%3A%2F%2Fadmin_host%3A8010%2Finterconnect%2FImaAdmin (you would need a Qwest cert so I doubt you can load this..) 3. Click on PreOrder/Order/PostOrder Actual Results: The java popup window doesn't ever popup possibly doesn't even initialized Expected Results: A java window would popup. Worked fine under Firefox 3.5.7 (which I downgraded too) but broke in Firefox 3.6 with or without additional addons. And no, upgrading java is not an option in this case -- Qwest IMA requires this one.
Maybe related to Core bug 542235?
