In the modern skin, if you increase the default font in global.css, the URL bar and the status bar get all out of whack. We need to fix this to make Linux look normal with larger fonts.

The issue here is to support system fonts in the Modern skin. I really want to see this feature for Linux and Windows users that modify their font sizes, and for all users that change their system fonts.

I verified on linux (20001-09-08-Mtrunk), the statusbar and url bar are not scalable in Modern. However, it looks ok in Classic. I expect the Classic and modern skins should have the same behaviors.
