By now there are a lot of functions in textView like moveRight, that are 
treated like commands but live inside of the textView class. Move these 
commands out in separate files under plugins/Editor/commands.

Split up your patch into manageable chunks and modified it to avoid calling private methods of the text view. Now merged as changesets f951fa2ce3a8, 19f0e0b983ab, and 529a9d74c909.
