Not certain if this is ok or not. Foxyproxy has two versions, one free and a plus editon that costs $14.00 a year.  As noted in the summary the plus version is offered on their mozdev page along with the free version.  Is this kosher?

There's no problem with add-ons having paid versions. Offering the paid version through Mozdev is probably OK as well, but you would need to consult with Mozdev directly about that: http://www.mozdev.org/feedback.html
