The last touch to this code was in r1909, so there's a possible regression from bug 546773.   But it works in staging, so perhaps not.
These all seem to be showing up this morning.  Perhaps a caching issue?
("Any sufficiently complex caching infrastructure is indistinguishable from black magic.")

I'll leave this open until chofmann or others have a chance to test as well.
