I will vouch for James Sudduth. He has just joined the tamarin team at Adobe and will be working on the VM and will need commit level access to hg.

Commit access to the tamarin repo only requires Level 2 access, so I'm going to assume that's what you're actually aiming for (the requirements for level 3 access includes multiple vouchers and a super-reviewer, since level 3 includes access to Firefox product code).

Level 2 access requires vouching from a module owner - for Tamarin that's one of Jeff Dyer or Edwin Smith.

We'll also need the committer's agreement signed and delivered to Erica (per http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/ ).

On 10-25 I sent a picture of the form to Erica electronically and also mailed a copy by snail mail.
