Right now, if you're specifying a repo_name in the url to pushes, i.e., pushes/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.2/uk, that checks for that exact name.

It'd be much more clever if we'd search for startswith instead, such that pushes/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.2 would work as expected.
