When a user attempts to save a file to a directory they don't have write access to, they should be prompted for admin credentials.

Marking as dependent on bug 318855, because some of the work there might be applicable here as well.

The updater is a separate application and the solution for bug 318855 which will either be using a service or runas / UAC which is already implemented won't help this bug so removing dependency.
