For bug 562819, In order to work around bug 566485, I had to set em:bootstrap to 'false' for cfx test/run/develop.  We should have this set to the same value it'll be in the generated XPI, though, to ensure that the testing environment is as close to the 'production' environment as possible (while still being developer-ergonomic).

The Add-on SDK is no longer a Mozilla Labs experiment and has become a big enough project to warrant its own Bugzilla product, so the "Add-on SDK" product has been created for it, and I am moving its bugs to that product.
