How can I make my bot identify with NickServ? It doesn't have to be automatic, a Parrot-like module that would allow you to send messages would be enough.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to query the Parrot module to say "/msg NickServ IDENTIFY ..." in some test channel.
Actual Results:
It actually sends the text to the channel.

Expected Results:
It should have sent "IDENTIFY ..." to "NickServ".
See the ServicesLogin module.
