(Copypasting STR from bug 567085)

Build id: 32-bit Mac nightly around 11th of May.

Reproducible: Didn't try.

Steps to reproduce:
 1) Start loading http://videos.mozilla.org/serv/air_mozilla/firefox4.ogg on a
reasonably performant Mac using a reasonable connection. I used a 2009 Mac Mini
with 4 GB of RAM and a 10/10M connection.
 2) Take the video to full screen from the context menu.
 3) Play the video.

Actual results:
The video played fine for about 22 minutes. Thereafter, it played ahead less
than a second, stopped, played ahead less than a second, stopped, etc. The
controller indicated that the video hadn't been fully loaded, but the playback position indicator didn't reach the end of the available buffer indicator. They were more than 50 pixels apart on a 1920 pixel-wide screen.

Expected results:
When the video stops due to unavailable data, expected the playback position indicator to have clearly reached the buffering indicator.
This requires: bug 462957 for HTMLMediaElement.buffered and then bug 475312. This is a dupe of bug 475312.
