Both https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/en-US/forums/test-forum/1#post-180 and https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/en-US/forums/test-forum should work, but we see Connection Reset errors when trying to load them.

The devs haven't been able to see this locally, so at the very least we could use help debugging it.

I'm heading for bed now, but http://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/tiki-login.php?locale=en-US loads a blank page (TikiWiki returns 200 OK, but that's what it does, and it looks like it might be a 500 error in reality). Not sure if the above is separate; guessing so?

PHP/Python. It's unlikely to be the same problem. Shyam, do you want to kick this to whoever's oncall after your? It is blocking QA.

Spun off bug 567430.

Figured out that https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/en-US/forums/test-forum/1#post-180 actually contains the entire constitution of the united states and that is what is breaking the wiki parser.

Don't think there's any IT action here.

Stephen: Is this still happening or can I close it?

(In reply to comment #8) > Stephen: Is this still happening or can I close it? Hard to know: A) Due to the dataloss bug (deleting forums), we don't have the large dataset (U.S. Constitution) B) Now that we also have character-length restrictions, I can't recreate the post that exhibited the problem Since we can't get around either of those (unless you want to try hand-populating the DB, if that's possible?), I suggest marking this invalid or wontfix.

We deleted the Constitution before we started hitting the dataloss bug. The character-length restrictions are to prevent exactly this from happening. If you fill a thread with 10k-character posts and it doesn't happen, I'll consider this fixed.

https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/k/en-US/forums/test-f/481#post-7446 is pretty close; calling this good. James, mind marking this as fixed? I think something actually fixed this.
