Details

(Whiteboard: firefox beta)

Marketing wants to be able to run SurveyGizmo surveys through TP in the Firefox 4 beta. We used to have code for web-based surveys but I took it out; just need to put it back in. Since it is not reliable to determine whether or not a user has actually completed a survey on a 3rd party website, we should err on the side of not pestering people: once you've clicked More Info or Take Survey (both will just load the survey url), treat it as done and don't notify about it anymore.
Priority: -- → P1

Need to do a test run before closing this bug.
Testing discovered several problems with web survyes -- they showed a progress bar instead of a take-survey button (fixed in http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/testpilot/rev/352140d5ca3f ), they didn't set their status when you looked at them (fixed in http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/testpilot/rev/048ab949b4de and http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/testpilot/rev/8128e45bd839 )
