STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 1. Load testcase. Inspect upper-left corner. (the strip above the black bar)

ACTUAL RESULTS:
There's a strip of faint red / green / blue / gray visible. (the gradients' stop colors "shining through")

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Those colors shouldn't be visible -- it should be entirely white (aside from the black bar & the descriptive text).

This is what's making the reftest for bug 561726 fail (see bug 561726 comment 8).

Here's a screenshot of the failure on my mac mini, running OS X 10.6.3. (x86, I think)  It's through VNC, so there's some compression artifacts, but you can still see the blocks of color in the upper-left. (they're easier to see if you zoom in)

This affects both 32-bit and 64-bit mac machines, based on bug 561726's reftest failures on both platforms.

I've tested these builds on my mac mini, and they're all affected:
* A debug mozilla-central build, up-to-date as of this morning.
* Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100505 Minefield/3.7a5pre
* Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3

My linux mozilla-central build is WFM:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100528 Minefield/3.7a5pre
