Need to be able to edit questions--both for moderators and owners--with "last modified by {user} at {time}" info.

Original poster and moderators should be able to edit question metadata, like OS and FF version.

Another test consideration: post questions about various products and in various categories (i.e. take different paths during the first two steps of asking a new question), and make sure the extra fields collected (Firefox version, OS, etc.) match those shown when editing the question.
