User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

The up/down arrows in "Latest News" section in the top center of the page don't hold the news items listed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to: http://www.marketwatch.com/?skipavatar=true&zone=intromessage
2.Click blue down arrow to right of View All.

Actual Results:
Story headlines skip back up. Depending on the time blue arrow is held, jump back will vary.

Expected Results:
Story headlines should scroll smoothly and stop when blue arrow is released.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.5pre) Gecko/20100522 Namoroka/3.6.5pre

I see indeed the problem but only with an increased font-size.

Page design might have changed, but can't find the arrow. Is this still an issue?
