Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100602 Minefield/3.7a5pre

When I launch an application (exe) or msi-file from download manager, two security warnings pop up: first Firefox's one ("foo.exe is an executable file. Executable files may contain viruses...", then Windows' "unsigned file" warning. I think one warning is enough, considering almost all applications are unsigned.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a Windows application or MSI-Installer
2.Launch it from download manager

Actual Results:
Both Mozilla's and Windows' security warning pop up.

Expected Results:
Only one security warning appears
