57058 - Need to localize Mail and News directory names

With the fix to 55449, it is now possible to correctly migrate 4.5+ profiles
with localized mail directory names.  The task for this bug is to identify all
the names that need to be updated in the various localized builds.  Some of
these have been enumerated in 55449, but more are needed.  Please use this bug
to build the list and track its completion.

I'm unclear as to what this bug is. Is this a N6 bug? Or a 4.x bug? Montse - can 
you help explain?

This has to do with the migration.properties file that needs to be translated. I
don't think this is an issue for JA Windows,  but it is for Mac JA. Teruko has
all the info.

Michele, this bug should be open since we need to keep this for French or German
build.  We took care of this for Japanese build.

We should reassign this to Daniel.
