step 9 in FlightDeck's INSTALL seems redundant

step 2 of INSTALL says this:

   # edit all ./scripts/*_local.sh files so they will suit your system

the only file matching this pattern is actually config_local.sh, so i'm wondering if we should just change the line to say that. then step 9 says:

  9. Check local scripts configuration
     $ vi scripts/config_local.sh

but we've already edited the file in step 2, and it doesn't seem to need any changes... can we remove this step?

i can make the changes on my github fork and issue a pull request rather than doing the bugzilla patch dance if it's easier (which it is for me).
