Details

When installing FF Home for the first time, there is the option to click "Send me instructions", and then entering an email address to receive something.  Doing this step will throw a server error.

Repro:
1) install FF Home b11
2) first time run, click "Whoa, send me instructions" button
3) enter in a valid email address
4) Verify a error message shown:

"Oops! Problem communicating with the server, please try again later."

Expected:
- no connection error, and some kind of email is generated and sent to my email account.
