Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn off iPhone's radio and wifi (airplane mode)
2. Open Firefox Home

Result: A dialog "Cannot authorize: No network connection"

Expected:
1) Instead of "Cannot authorize", it should say "Cannot sync" or just be a call to action like MobileSafari's dialog.
2) It should have a button that goes to the settings screen.

(MobileSafari says "Turn Off Airplane Mode or Use Wi-Fi to Access Data" with "Settings" and "OK" buttons.)
