571512 - The "Add-on will be disabled" notice has priority over "Add-on will be removed" in details pane

When you enter add-on's details (Show more information / double-click) and click Disable, then Remove, the message on top is still about disabling add-on after FF restart, not about it being removed, which is more important. Only if you Enable the add-on back, then it shows info about it being removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up Add-ons Manager or chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/extensions.xul
2. Double-click a removable add-on or right-click->Show more information
3. Click Disable, notice the information message on top
4. Click Remove, notice it didn't change
5. Click Enable, notice it changed


Expected Results:  
The info message about an add-on being removed should have priority over the message about it being disabled

There is no button to remove the add-on once you have clicked disable. Can you please attach a screenshot?

Ok, seen this too on OS X with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100610 Minefield/3.7a5pre

This is an issue with non-restartless addons which no longer exist
