"List All Tabs" toolbarbutton label should be capitalized ?

Details

Now that the list all tabs button is a primary toolbarbutton, its label shows up when toolbar mode is "icons+text" or "text" and it's located on some toolbar other than the tabs toolbar.  Its label is "List all tabs", but it seems like it should be "List All Tabs" for consistency with other primary toolbarbuttons.
