When using option-rightarrow and option-leftarrow to navigate through text, the behavior is inconsistent with other Mac apps. For example:

1. Paste "http://www.example.com/" into the address bar.
2. Place the insertion point at the beginning of the string.
3. Hold down Option and press the right arrowkey.

The insertion point skips to the right of the second slash.

Try the same thing in TextEdit, and the insertion point ends up just to the right of "http".

This trips up users who are familiar with the normal text-editing behavior of their platform.
