The WebM announcement builds are at http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/devpreview/1.9.3a4webm/

It's en-US only, on the beta channel, so it should be easy to offer a complete update to 3.7a5.

FF3.7a5 has now shipped... when is a good time to offer this upgrade for any WebM users?

I propose we do some symlinking to the 3.7a4 snippets in the aus snippet store after 4.0b1 ships. This will ensure we always offer the latest 4.0 release to the 2000 or so users of the webm builds.
