steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/addon/104
2.Go back to collections landing page
3.Notice the "recently Viewed" section
4.Click on any featured collection like -"Reference Desk"
5.repeat steps #2-3.

observed behavior:

"Collections containing Red Cats.." is not listed in Recently Viewed section,in spite of visiting the detail page for that collection.
I know I've seen this before, but the links are dead, so closing the bug.  I searched for the collections and couldn't find them, but the collections I did try it with worked.
