"Show only display name for people in my address book" is translated as "Nur den Anzeigenamen bei bekannten Kontakten zeigen". "Bei bekannten Kontakten nur den Anzeigenamen zeigen" would make more sense.

BTW, "bei bekannten Kontakten" is not a literal translation of "for people in my address book"; it means "for known contacts". A more literal translation would be "bei Leuten in meinem Adressbuch" or "bei Kontakten in meinem Adressbuch" -- but perhaps this was shortened on purpose -- "bei bekannten Kontakten" is clear enough.
