I have thunderbird automatically CC me on all email (Tools->Account Settings->Copies and Folders->Cc these email addresses). While this works when composing  and replying to a mail, it does not work when I do reply-to-all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable "Cc these email addresses" in Account Settings.
2. Look for email with multiple recipients.
3. Click to reply to all.
Actual Results:  
Thunderbird pops open new window with all intended recipients as either To or Cc, except the address mention in "Cc these email addresses" in account settings.

Expected Results:  
Recipient list should include email addresses included in "Cc these email addresses" account setting.
