Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the url bar to open the awesome bar
2. Tap and hold on the url bar to select text

Actual Results:
The url bar is highlighted on every tap which is pretty annoying as the url bar is already in focus.

Expected Results:
The url bar highlights only when it's not focused (or the awesomebar is not opened).

Madhava - let's figure out the way this should work, or we can just remove it altogether if it just too much trouble for too little benefit.

The patch let the highlighting on the field on the first tap only until the urlbar lose focus.
