I'm not comfortable sending traffic to this page in this release. The Search Tools landing page was a combination of the Search Providers add-on type and the Search Tools extension category before, and the new page doesn't respect that or provide a better option. There's no way to get to the Search Tools extensions category from this page and it's rather confusing and missing important parts (bug 578455 and bug 578458)

I'll do a mock of how this page should be organized. It should not take any traffic with today's release.
Filed bug 578554 with a mock for discussion.
