Web page context menu should contain print and print preview items.
Some sites contain "printer friendly" pages, that open new window without any contols. This designed for MSIE, who have print item in page context menu.

No ways to print page in seamonkey.

Example:
http://sirius.ldz.lv/sari/saraksts.asp
try to print timetable from print version of page (accessed bu pressing to pinter icon on page with timetable - sorry, no direct urls available)
Not that I would not be in favor of this addition to the context menu, but can you not simply hit CTRL+P?

The issue I find with a request of this type is that we end up with a cluttered or worse cascading context menu when it is not warranted.

For now I would suggest leaving it as is. However, and interesting idea would be to have the print cascade menu item appear on windows that happen to not have toolbars. Possible? May be worth a look.
Maybe, it's about "msie parity".
There are some msie-oriented webmasters, who just think "as msie".

By the way, I prefer always use print preview before print - just because result of direct printing unpredictable very often. There no hotkey for print preview.

So, you are right about worthest look, but...
I just point to this aspect of "web browser war" in world where msie have a lot of "warriors".
The context menu is already too cluttered. Existing workaround:
about:config
dom.disable_window_open_feature.menubar => true
