steps to reproduce:
1.Do a flat search and sort it by Popularity(https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?sort=weeklydownloads&pp=20&atype=0&pid=1&cat=all&lver=any)

2.Notice that add-on "Stylish" with 95,143 weekly downloads  is listed before "Xmarks Bookmark and Password Sync" with 114,203 weekly downloads .
