If you start firefox from a command prompt with admin rights, e.g.:

./firefox.exe -no-remote -P foo

And then use a shortcut or otherwise start the same instance as a normal user (while the other one's still running), you crash on startup at:

it's a very weird place to crash, but it crashes there consistently.
